Terms and Conditions

Version v2-2026-07-13 · effective July 2026 · last updated July 2026.

Draft — being finalised with legal counsel. By registering an Agency account and checking the "I agree" box at signup, you enter into a binding contract with Blueprint Travel Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 74 685 366 241) on the terms below. Your acceptance is recorded against your account with a timestamp and IP address.

Preamble — nature of this agreement

These Terms form a business-to-business Master Services Agreement between the Operator (as defined below) and each Agency that registers on the Platform. They take effect the moment you submit the signup form with the acceptance checkbox ticked. There is no separate paper contract — this document is the contract.

1. Definitions

"Blueprint", "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means Blueprint Travel Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 74 685 366 241), an Australian proprietary company, trading as Blueprint Hotels."Platform" means the website at blueprint-hotels.com.au and any related APIs or sub-domains."Agency", "you", "your" means the travel agency, tour operator or trade buyer that has been verified and approved by Blueprint to use the Platform."Guest" means the end consumer for whom an Agency makes a booking."Supplier" means the hotel, hotel chain, wholesale partner or other third party from which inventory is sourced."Booking" means a confirmed reservation issued via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is a business-to-business service. To register you must:

We may verify agency credentials (ABN lookup, ATAS / AFTA / IATA membership, website, references) at any time. We may decline registration or withdraw access at our sole discretion.

3. Agency warranties

By registering and each time you make a Booking, you warrant to Blueprint that:

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Bookings and confirmations

All Bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and the rate rules of the relevant Supplier as displayed at the time of booking. A Booking is only confirmed when Blueprint issues a confirmation number; until then, the rate and availability are indicative only and may change without notice.

You are responsible for verifying that the booking details (dates, room type, guest names, contact details) are accurate before confirming. Blueprint accepts no liability for booking errors arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.

6. Pricing, markup and currency

Rates displayed to Agencies on the Platform are net Supplier rates plus your agreed agency markup. Where a Supplier specifies a recommended selling rate, the price displayed will be the higher of the marked-up rate or the recommended rate. All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated.

Mandatory and on-property supplements (resort fees, city taxes, parking, etc.) are displayed on the room details page prior to booking and are payable by the Guest directly to the property unless otherwise specified.

7. Payment terms

Payment terms are set per Agency at approval and may be one of:

Late payments may attract interest at the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate plus 4% per annum, calculated daily. Persistent late payment may result in immediate suspension of your account, without prejudice to Blueprint's right to recover the outstanding amount.

8. Chargebacks (Pay-at-booking)

If a chargeback is initiated on a card charge for a confirmed Booking, you agree to:

Chargebacks initiated in bad faith (for Bookings that were honoured by the Supplier) are grounds for immediate suspension.

9. Cancellations, modifications and refunds

Cancellation rules are set by the Supplier and shown on the room details page and on the PreBook confirmation. Refunds (where applicable) are processed according to those rules. Cancellations made after the policy-defined no-refund deadline forfeit the full Booking amount.

Modifications to confirmed Bookings (date changes, name corrections, room substitutions) are subject to Supplier availability and may attract fees. Blueprint does not guarantee that any modification request will be honoured.

10. Vouchers and guest-facing materials

Blueprint issues a branded PDF voucher for every confirmed Booking. The voucher is issued under the Agency's brand (where configured) and is intended to be forwarded to the Guest as proof of Booking. The Agency is responsible for all direct communications with the Guest after the voucher is issued.

11. Non-solicitation of Suppliers

You acknowledge that Blueprint's Supplier relationships and pricing represent valuable commercial confidential information. You agree not to:

This clause survives termination of your account for 12 months.

12. Confidentiality of Platform pricing

Rates displayed to Agencies on the Platform are confidential trade information. You agree not to publish, republish or systematically disclose Blueprint's net rates or supplier pricing on any consumer-facing website, marketing material, or third-party marketplace. You may of course quote Guests a marked-up sell price — that is the purpose of the Platform.

13. Intellectual property

All Platform content, code, designs, trademarks and Supplier content remain the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for the purpose of operating your travel agency business.

14. Liability and indemnity

Blueprint acts as an intermediary between Agencies and Suppliers. The accommodation contract is between the Guest and the Supplier. To the extent permitted by law, Blueprint's aggregate liability to any Agency for any cause of action arising under or in connection with the Platform is limited to the total fees paid by that Agency to Blueprint in the twelve months preceding the cause of action.

You agree to indemnify Blueprint against any third-party claim, loss, cost or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your interactions with Guests outside the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, network or utility failures, or third-party service interruptions (including those of the Supplier).

16. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement on 30 days written notice. Blueprint may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for material breach, fraud, suspected fraud, non-payment, or any action that puts Suppliers, Guests or other Agencies at risk.

Termination does not affect confirmed Bookings that have not yet been fulfilled, nor any payment obligations accrued prior to termination. Clauses that by their nature survive (Payment, Chargebacks, Non-solicitation, Confidentiality, Liability, Governing law) continue to apply after termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Agencies by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The version currently in force is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a new version constitutes acceptance of that version.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
